# North Las Vegas’ Hylo Park Expansion Is a Retail Signal Worth Watching

Agora Realty has started construction on the $375 million final phase of Hylo Park in North Las Vegas. The sports and entertainment district will include a 250,000-square-foot fieldhouse, a hotel, and additional shops and restaurants, with completion targeted for late 2027.
